I've always been passionate about helping people to get their SaaS ideas off the ground and this feels like the most high-impact way I can help!

The calibre of the applicants and their unique ideas has got me really excited to start 🙂

Their goal is to:
1) build and launch a fully-functional product
2) get their first paying customers
... all by the end of the bootcamp.

I'll be supporting them with one-on-one calls and office hours.

I also noticed how much I missed having a SaaS project to work on.

Now, I'm thrilled to be collaborating on two of them.

One of them, Typoro, even helped me write this post. That feels good!

So, I ended up reviewing last year and planning for this one.

It was surprisingly refreshing to take a moment to reflect.

I realised my biggest achievement of 2024 was creating my Bullet Launch boilerplate.

That project opened up so many opportunities.

Realising its potential, I reached out to @nocodelife.com

Kieran, much more experienced with Bubble, agreed to a 50/50 partnership.

He rebuilt PhatPost with his boilerplate BulletLaunch, and we renamed it Typoro.

Typoro was born from collaboration and a shared vision.
