The foodbank is collecting frozen turkeys for Thanksgiving. The last day to donate is Nov 20th. Tour de Turkey is Nov 20th 8 to 6 pm with two dropoff locations for turkeys Drake Centre in Fort Collins and the Orchards Shopping Center in Loveland.

9️⃣ Seattle voters fired their sole Republican office-holder, its city attorney. That's the local prosecutor who oversees lower-level offenses.

You may remember this policy she helped roll out, and which her challenger told Bolts she staunchly opposed:

She championed a policy rolled out last year — when you’re so much as charged (not convicted) of a drug offense, a judge can ban you from setting foot in select areas, like downtown.

7️⃣ Georgia Democrats flipped the two seats on the ballot for the Public Service Commission, the utility commission crucial for electricity rates and climate policy.

These are Georgia Dems' first statewide victories for any non-federal office since 2006. And they won both seats by 24%.

This means they keep their 5-2 majority.

But don't sleep on this, too: Results all but shuts the door on the GOP getting a majority on this court before 2029. GOP really wanted it ahead of 2028: boltsmag.org/pennsylvania...
