Tried to make some arroz chaufa. It didn’t come out exactly like I was wanting it to taste, but still very good! I was happy with the chicken skin topping

Cannellini with sausage and spinach in a chili cream sauce. I followed a recipe I found for this but subbed sambal oelek for harissa, and it’s got a good spice to it
