Highly encourage this and recommend this book. Melissa by @alexgino.bsky.social is a sensitive, age-appropriate and uplifting middle grade novel about a trans girl sharing her true self with her friends, family and community. It would be a great way to build empathy among children and adults.

This little felon clawed her way out of two cat carriers on the day of our flight: one at the house and one in the car en route to the airport. We had to buy a new carrier from Southwest at the ticket counter. Fortunately it was a pretty good carrier, so she didn’t end up escaping during the flight.

My partner had this great idea of pouring pancake batter onto sausages to make a delicious breakfast, unfortunately

The survey doesn’t verify emails so you could allegedly fill it out a bunch of times with the name Dick Trumplicker or something

I’ve been working my way through the @amlibraryassoc.bsky.social Banned Books List since 2011, but I realized that many of the top 10 banned books from 2023 are ones I hadn’t heard of! So yesterday when we were doing a show at the comic shop I bought Genderqueer by @redgoldsparks.bsky.social ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I feel compelled to share that if you’re ever trying to cut matted hair off of a kitty, don’t just put scissors directly under the mat. They have thin skin and you might cut them. Take a flea comb, put it underneath the mat and then snip the mat above the flea comb. Thank you, and God bless America.

Here is a snippet of the form letter Joni Ernst sent to me when I wrote to her about education funding. This response is akin to me telling her I was worried about losing food stamps and her responding “don’t worry, I co-sponsored a bill to eliminate food stamps.” 🙃

I was hit on the driver’s side by a truck in my Prius C and walked away without a scratch. RIP Piroska 🫡

Have you read this biography of her? It does a great job of detailing what an unhinged hypocrite she was.

Church loves to chill, snack and watch entertaining things like birds and falling leaves. She would love edibles and share them freely with those she trusts (an intentionally low number, for unrelated reasons).

Eleven would be SUPER into Molly and claim that she no longer needed therapy because of it. She would full on dance at raves all night and kiss people of all genders right on the mouth. This would continue to the point where people would start to wonder if she really did need therapy after all.

Dolby is a sweet, harmless idiot, like that one frat boy you knew in college who always wore a Hawaiian shirt and was surprisingly friendly to everyone with zero agenda. Dolby would love cocaine as a young finance bro, but would quit after doing coke ruined a date with someone he really liked.
