I’ve revamped my Canadian Legal History at UNB Law to focus foundational civil liberties such as freedom of expression, freedom of religion, habeas corpus, the Magna Carta, etc. Back to basics in an era of erosion…this FDR quote reminds us why the U.S. used to be the leader of the free world..:
