I think there are a lot of factors that play into the dismissive attitude towards Kurogiri, but age is a big part. It’s like the cut off is 25 lol

I think that the reason so many people missed the signs and brushed them off is that Kurogiri is older. Forced quirk activation was the obvious tip off yet I still talk to people who say it wasn’t weird and violating.

He didn't have to say play here. He could've used a word like “tinker” if he was insinuating experimentation. The use of “play” automatically raises eyebrows, especially when it's framed as the playing being done to Kurogiri, not with him.

The “Why didn't they just leave” argument is awful. He has no support system, he has nowhere else to go. If he did leave he would likely end up homeless or be dragged back. Rei can’t go anywhere either because divorces cost money she doesn’t have.

It's so... Reading 420 for the first time was really upsetting. I can't imagine making cute little edits of them kissing in that scene. I've reached a point where I can’t see a screenshot of the panel without feeling grossed out.
