Unfortunately he's not quite a main character, fic's primarily a SI-OC. fanfction.net, Iryo-nin Kasa (医療忍傘), by Vaengir. Tokuma Hyūga is there, too. I remember liking them & them having characterization. I can DM spoilers about them. It's been so long I can't say a lot about the content of the fic.

I've read exactly one fanfic where Santa was on the main character's team, that's where I learned about him ❤️ If I recall correctly, he got a good amount of screentime.
