Though submersible is a word otherwise, it's clearly used as a vehicle here and therefore the definition of a submersible becomes the vehicle kind. It's intended for water travel, it can either be a submarine or a submersible. This is a submarine.

Hey friends, I made a stink about it on the wiki for the seamoth but by definition a submersible has to be a water vehicle that can't power itself to go from port to port, therefore if you can keep it at your base and go a long distance to then come back it's not a submersible.
