Hey guys. A very close friend of mine got injured recently and really needs help with hospital bills. Nothing from this is going to me. Every penny goes to her hospital bills. If any of y'all could help, even a little, it would mean a lot.

On this edition of Motorcycle Autism, we got the new Harley Davidson X440. Powered by a 440cc oil cooled single cylinder engine, it has a top speed of only 90 mph, which is perfect for its role as a beginner bike.

On this edition of Motorcycle Autism, we're looking at possibly the stupidest bike ever, the Alligator. I'll just let it speak for itself.

On this edition of Motorcycle Autism, we're looking at the Hodaka Combat Wombat. This is one of the bikes that really popularized trail bikes in the US. What it lacks in performance, it makes up for with personality and reliability. Even has its own little mascot.

Fun fact: when the Hayabusa came out in 1999, it was so powerful that it forced a gentleman's agreement amongst the Japanese manufacturers. Basically, they agreed that they'll regulate how fast their bikes go before the government decides to regulate that for them.

On this edition of Motorcycle Autism, we're looking at the Suzuki Hayabusa! Powered by a 1298cc inline four with an output of 175 hp, this is one of the most famous sport bikes ever with a top speed of 186 mph stock, unless it's the 1999 model which tops out at 198 mph!

Seriously. It's power to weight ratio is 1.16. It is fucking fast, and honestly kinda terrifying. It's top speed is yes. Just yes.

This week on Motorcycle Autism we're looking at the Tularis 800. This bike was made by a madman. Weighing a very light 262 pounds, with an output of 185 horsepower thanks to the 2-stroke 772cc snowmobile motor powering it, it has a top speed of I have no idea.

In a rare stroke of innovation from Suzuki, they created the bike that all modern sport bikes are descended from. Nothing like it existed at the time!

For this week's Motorcycle Autism, we're looking at the 1982 Suzuki Katana, the first modern sport bike. Powered by a 1074cc inline four, this monster had an output of 111 hp and 70.9 ft-ibs of torque! That's superbike numbers by the standards of when it released.

This week's motorcycle is the original Honda CB750. Powered by a 736cc inline 4, it has a max output of 67 hp and a respectable top speed of 123 mph. Honestly, I feel like Honda would make a lot of money if they brought it back in this form. It's THE Honda motorcycle, after all.

This bike would have been impressive if it hit the track when Harley planned it to. Unfortunately, it got delayed by a few years and was obsolete by the time it actually raced. It's also the predecessor to the VRod. Porsche redesigned the engine to make it suitable for consumers

This week's motorcycle is the Harley Davidson VR1000. Yes, that's a Harley. Powered by a 1000cc liquid cooled V-twin, it has a max output of 135 hp and a top speed of 165 mph.

There's also this thing I saw on main street.

Since it's Bike Week, this week's motorcycle is a choose your own adventure. Choose from these ones I saw at Daytona Bike Week

It still holds the record for the fastest motorcycle under 1000cc at 190.5 mph. It's covered in a custom-made aerodynamic shell to reduce wind resistance, and Burt rode it well into his 70s. And he made this monster in his garage with components he cast from melted beer cans.

Today's motorcycle is Burt Munro's (AKA Motorcycle Jesus) personal 1920 Indian Scout. This isn't just any Indian, it is the fastest Indian EVER. The madman made his own tools and components to push this bike to the absolute limit. 1/2

This week's motorcycle is the Boss Hoss. It is powered by a Chevy V8.
Horsepower: Yes
Torque: All of it
Top Speed: Around 180 mph... maybe. No one is crazy enough to confirm. Fastest anyone has dared to go on one is 140 mph.
February 20, 2025 at 1:16 AM
Not only is it's top speed high, but its acceleration is insane with it going 0-60 in 2.5 seconds! That is despite it being a cruiser with barely any aerodynamics and being shaft-driven instead using a chain or belt.

Kicking off the reboot of Motorcycle of the Week, we're doing the first one I covered. My dream bike, the Yamaha VMAX 1700! Powered by a 1679cc V4, this absolute beast has a max output of 200 hp and an impressive top speed of 175 mph! And it looks beautiful while doing it!
