Can't we sue the Duchy of Cornwall (Williams) for selling something that's not fit for purpose to an idiot.

While in recovery after an operation, nurses from the far and middle East,told me they had to get an Uber back to their quarters because they were getting pelted with eggs if they walked. This was just over a year ago. This was at the Royal county hospital Guildford.
