TBF, I find it funny Bishop being the one questioning why they'd do that as Bishop I'd consider the biggest risk. I could easily see (in an explicitly non-sexual way) Bishop telling Grace to strip so can look for scars, battle wounds, and gauging muscle strength & weakness.

Annoying thing is there's ways to game instant runoff, and you can get non-majority-supported candidates by gaming it right.
With approval voting, you can't really game it, and winners are majority winners.

Agree mostly, except instead of runoff elections, do approval voting instead (you basically just upvote every candidate you're okay with anndd... that's it). Far better than runoff elections. Doesn't require multiple trips to the polls, is mathematically more fair, and far harder to corrupt.

Fun note, there's no Federal standard for what qualifies as a city, it's is left up to the states. By TX standards, Seattle, would stretch from Salem Oregon past Chinchilla British Columbia, Canada.
