Yeah seems like it, people are reporting it upscales 720p to 1080p and some games have some artifacting as a result. I'm keeping my Switch OLED not just bc of that, but also because I have a lot of Switch games and would rather use the Switch 2 storage for Switch 2 titles

It's harder over a DisplayPort to HDMI solution as Switch is using and requires more software engineering work it seems, as they did on PS5, so maybe they can get it working later with a firmware update, but not ready for launch

Does the color range change with "Limited" vs "Full" RGB? Idk if that affects chroma or not.
Wonder why they didn't offer 4:2:2 chroma at least, I think we are dealing with an HDMI 2.1 port now so wonder what is driving the current limit?

I don’t get the steam thing, because number one, you won’t be able to play it on switch then, and two, Steam is also digital without the option to resell it or put it on your shelf lol
