Technically, they are required to review and approve/deny within I think 15 days. But the Republicans slipped some BS into the budget bill that redefined the current year session as one day, so they don’t technically have to review or vote until next year. The whole lot of them are cowards.

I mean, his fucked up thought processes are very likely caused by his ketamine addiction. We have more than enough reports of him doing crazy things while he’s clearly high out of his mind. And his ketamine addiction is caused by his fucked up upbringing. Or maybe just growing up super rich.

He puts out quality contacts so fast, I’d be surprised if he hasn’t already talked about her at least a little bit. I also wouldn’t be surprised if he could put a show together in two weeks to tear her to shreds.

My vague recollection is that the robber barons did all of those public works as a reaction to the rise of unions and fears of a new French revolution, one where billionaires’ heads would be the first on the block. In short, we as a population need to make billionaires fear again.

I think it also turned out that between seasons they would get together to create the plan for the next season, even if it was just a loose plan. But like you said, they would also plan things week to week, so for most seasons the earlier overarching plan would eventually get thrown out.

They’re basically Dunning-Kruger made flesh. For some of them they may be skilled in an area or two, and think that makes them skilled in all areas. But for many of them that “skill” is that they were born rich.

Right? For the rest of my life, if I ever doubt myself I can just ask “am I more competent at this than literally anyone in the Trump administrations?”

Trump definitely solidified it and made it the majority. That said, I think there has been a vein of pro Putin Republicans for a long time, ever since it became clear that he is homophobic and made laws to essentially make homosexuality illegal. That’s always been a goal with the GOP.

I feel like we would need to go back at least 20 years to find a Republican majority that weren’t totally cool with this. The actual conservatives have either joined the magat cult, only care about their party/team winning, or are too afraid to go against “dear leader”.

As far as the apps, for my mental health I needed to turn off notifications for most of them. Especially after the inauguration.
And a few apps I just outright deleted. For instance Messenger is apparently *incredibly* bad for security (at least according to an infosec professional I follow).
