This was a big part of why I chose to study Nutrition in college. There's a lot of grifters out there, and the nonsense they spread does real, tangible harm.

Working in the fitness & "wellness" world during this time has been so incredibly frustrating. It's so full of narcissists hopped up on supplements and endorphins who can't resist a trend giving terrible advice and telling lies to self conscious people.
