I doubt this new program will do anything because they won’t enforce it, much like they don’t enforce their rules now. Kids will find a way around it. Plus it won’t prevent cyberbullying which is a real threat on social media

When my daughter was 14 some older high school kids made anonymous accounts to cyber bully her and other teenage girls. They posted pics of them w/o consent. The captions & comments were horrible. I reported them to Instagram repeatedly but always got the message that it didn’t “violate their terms”
