On 7/9/25, the Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO) for Basic Center Programs, Transitional Living Programs, + Maternity Group Homes were posted. Street Outreach Program hasn't been released. Street outreach services have been consolidated into other grant NOFOs. https://bit.ly/07-09-RHYA-NOFOs

On July 4, Trump signed H.R.1 into law, cutting youth experiencing homelessness access to food, education, and safety. This isn’t just policy - it’s people’s lives.
Significant Cuts to SNAP, Medicaid, and Taxes Signed Into Law
Earmarks are a way that U.S. Members of Congress can request federal funding to be directed specifically to fund projects in their state/district. These funds can bolster and expand our capacity to prevent and end youth homelessness.
