This is also my BIGGEST issue with Fortnite right now. I don't know why Epic doesn't have a shader compilation step IN THE MENU, but they don't. You'd think they would want people playing on DX12 to use stuff like Lumen, but the stutter just pushes people to use Peformance Mode instead...
