In those situations I turn to my favorite quick noodle soup 🍜
Mixing miso, soy sauce, sliced ginger directly in a bowl, adding chili crisp and frozen peas and then cook some mie noodles (+ frozen 🥟 if available) and add them with the boiling water - done in less than 10 minutes
