The Trump admin continues its assault on free & fair elections & wants access to NM personal private voter data. The weaponized DOJ is now suing us. They are seeking access to sensitive data that's not needed to comply with voter list maintenance & which is protected by law.

NM's largest city couldn't quite decide on a mayor & a couple city council seats so now voters will cast another ballot to make the final decision. But don't worry, the process is easy by using the resources offered by the Bernalillo County Clerk and our Office. Visit berncoclerk.gov or NMVOTE.ORG

Local elections normally see lower voter participation, but these races impact your life and community just as much (if not way more) than the national elections that get all the coverage. Keep that in mind and cast your ballot today! Early voting open until Saturday. Election Day is Tuesday..

NM has the US's best elections. But w/o proper funding, our elections will suffer. Currently, our budget is being massively underfunded. Contact members of Senate Finance Cmte to tell them to support our budget request & keep our elections number one!
