I see, that's a bit of a shame because of missing out the money and experience, but some things can't be helped! Looking forward to reading it if the other book ever comes to fruition <3 I am sure it will be even better than the draft for the first.

For what it's worth, I find that your stuff is probably some of the best writing I have seen from fan fiction! Hell, probably better than a lot of books with self publishing and booktok ^^

Had a dream that I was married with a girl from high school (who I wasn't even into cuz even back then I am somewhere on the ace spectrum), with kids, in a picturesque relationship, living in a Paris apartment.
I woke up so happy and I had to hit the 'damn'. Having kids sounds nightmarish usually.

In particular, some of the characters really reflect my own personal frustrations and grudges about it being unfair to only have one life so it was so vindicating to hear someone voice those, even through fictional characters. I did feel like the constant throwbacks dragged a bit though 😅

Update: I just finished it! It was good! Probably not my fave, but I really liked the discussions of mortality, new lives etc etc.

It's always the worst :(( especially because I might not have even realised otherwise, but knowing it's a 'dead' (not sure it's the right word) just ruins it for me. Maybe though it's better than reading 'it wasn't just [...]! It was [...]' for the tenth time in 2 paragraphs lol?

But do what you want girl lol, I have one the default one cause I have a Chinese phone and it has super cool 'super wallpapers', but if I were to change it, I would probably go with an album or something from a piece of media I really liked idk
