The LA wildfires are a good chance to remind folks that home-buying services like Redfin include climate risk info and can help guide home-buying decisions. And it's worth a look for existing property owners too.

Excited to be up and running with our new cold climate Mitsubishi heat pump! It's paired with electric resistance backup heat that will keep us toasty for those coldest few weeks of the MN winter. Now we just need to replace our gas range and disconnect that gas line.
