You could pretty safely call #2 Bembix americana. There's some overlap in appearance with a similar species, but it's usually not this yellow and is less common.

1 - Bombus sp.
2 - Bembix sp. (Probably Bembix americana)
3 - Isodontia neomexicana
4 - Sphex ichneumoneus

But I second Alie's suggestion, put them in iNat to get a few opinions. Great photos!
