Called him today to call him out on exactly this

The current income based repayment is still unreasonable as it doesn't take into account any of our basic costs of living. If I were to utilize the IBR plan right now it would have my payments at more than what I have leftover after paying for bills and groceries each month. It's insane.

They want to punish us for being educated. None of the payment plans are affordable, I've triple checked. With skyrocketing costs across the board, my family will be in serious trouble when I'm forced to pay on one of these plans. Fix this shit.

Unrelated, but I spoke to someone in her office today asking how she planned to vote on the release of the Epstein files once it hits the Senate and was told she is in favor of releasing them. Big shift considering she voted against it a couple of months ago..someone thinking about re-election 🤔

So if the house and the Senate vote to release the files, does that then have to go through Trump?

You've capitulated to a dictator, we will never forgive your cowardice

No. Just no. Resign. Time for new representation.

He doesn't listen and has kissed MAGA ass, byeeee
November 6, 2025 at 1:44 AM
Probably just got tired of being told what a capitulating, condescending little bitch he's being.
November 6, 2025 at 1:36 AM
I hope to hear more from other candidates, they need to do more to make themselves known!
November 5, 2025 at 6:35 PM
His messaging is so condescending. He speaks to his constituents as if we are all stupid, tired of it. I'll definitely be voting in this primary, time for him to go

Fixing it means making it no longer a business. Universal healthcare is the way. Private insurance companies not only screw over all of us and cost us exponentially more but they also screw over hospitals when they deny people coverage. I work in healthcare, this is a constant struggle.

Okay alternatives for streaming music? We have canceled Spotify so looking to replace it with something..

I disagree that he is just another Fetterman or that he will just morph into a MAGA. Even amongst all the reddit stuff, when you look at more than just the media highlighted posts much more aligns with what his political stances now. We will just have to see how this all plays out. #Bluenomatterwho

I agree, unfair to call him a Nazi when nothing else (even in all the reddit posts) points to that being the case but definitely poor judgment in his relatively recent past. Maybe a little too rough around the edges to be heading to the U.S. Senate but I will support him if he wins the primary 💯

Not 100% sure how to feel about all the Platner controversy but I did find this article to be interesting and definitely gave more context to it. jacobin.com/2025/10/plat...
You’re Being Lied to About Graham Platner
We read Graham Platner’s whole Reddit archive. The vilification of the Maine candidate for Senate doesn’t square with what he actually wrote in his posts.

I think regardless of how this plays out, everyone needs to support and show up for whoever wins the democratic primary. I get the anger and reservations but if we don't all show up then we end up with Collins again and if we do she continues to screw us over and rubber stamp Trump's agenda.

Was this before or after the tattoo reveal?
October 25, 2025 at 3:43 PM
Exactly, endorse and throw support around a strong, younger candidate. Many do respect Mills and her endorsement could have been helpful in bringing forth a good dem candidate. I don't have a problem with her but we really need someone fresh
