Pretty darn accurate. Maybe I should consider writing a book on the life of a 911 dispatcher in a small town. 😆

This last week was national telecommunicator week. If you ever get the chance, please tell a dispatcher thank you. We are NOT just secretaries. We ARE the first to respond.
Between the thin red, white, and blue lines of public safety lies the thinnest gold line. The gold line represents those who are rarely seen but mostly heard. DISPATCHERS. The calm voice in the dark night. The golden glue that holds it all together.

Finally finished with Drifter’s stocking. I’ll start on mine tomorrow. Definitely a work of love. I started this in August.
