A structured wine tasting scorecard designed for recording notes. The top section lists fields for Wine Name, Producer, Region, Varietals, Date, and Vintage. The left side is divided into four vertical categories: Visual (Clarity, Depth, Hue), Smell (Condition, Strength, Aromas, Aging), Taste (Sweetness, Tartness, Tannins, Alcohol, Body, Bubbles, Intensity, Flavors, Finish), and Verdict (Rating, Status). Each category provides selectable scales (e.g., Sweetness ranges from "Bone Dry" to "Sweet") or lines for writing. The right side contains a reference box titled "Aromas & Flavors" listing descriptors for fruit, winemaking, and maturation, followed by a large lined box for "Notes."
