That’s a lot of faith in a bunch of conservatives who have thrown at precedent at every turn in the last decade. And pres AOC would be the next reactionary turn, that’s the swings and roundabouts of a crisis. that’s “if” the US electoral system isn’t completely compromised in the next 4 years.

Won’t trump just sign an executive order and then ignore the courts as he’s doing for everything else. Idk he’s just ignoring the norms. Waiting for his reichstag fire moment at this point
