The EPA has issued a final rule to delay limits on dangerous methane pollution from the oil & gas industry. This gives oil & gas a pass on air pollution safeguards that would have cut a 58 million tons of methane through 2038. Cutting methane is a call for morality.

The Water Quality Control Commission has reversed a previous decision that could have opened the door for reuse of fracking wastewater! Thank you to everyone who submitted public comments. Grateful also for former director Sister Joan Brown, featured in the SF New Mexican article.
