I really can’t wait for the CPC leadership review, just to be done with him. However, I don’t know what the replacement will be, so that’s a bit worrying too. They haven’t made any good choices for a while. I think if they had kept O’Toole they may have been re-elected, and that’s kinda 🤪 to think

I don’t mind AI giving imaging of all sorts a second view. I personally have experienced imaging not showing what was actually happening, as well as having a practitioner at the hospital tell me one thing and my primary care telling me complete opposite. My primary care was correct.

If property tax goes up, landlord will increase rents accordingly to maintain profits. They may have some restrictions to doing so, but they won’t lose money…..

Doesn’t this really just mean that they are paying rent to someone who is paying property tax on the property they live in? Meaning they pay property tax via thier rent, because you know that is part of how rental rate is decided by the property owner/s?

I loved my Kia soul, looks smaller than it is. Is capable of towing a small trailer. Large trucks should pay higher yearly registration costs. I also say that they should now need a special license. I see so many of them who can’t park, they have no idea of the size of the vehicle.

There has been a mentality that bigger is safer for a while. (I’ve been hearing it for 30 years anyway). I don’t want to be driving a micro car on the highway, but don’t need to be in a behemoth. Same drivers think driving a 4WD is good anywhere, any conditions.

They have had a lot of ‘hot mic’ moments happen. Who’s to say they didn’t cut the mic to avoid a leak of one of them bemoaning the lack of response/admiration/applause(sounding like the whiny 👶 they are)
