“Hope”~A week ago, while painting I was caught in a repetitive cycle of discontent. I ventured to an open field where my daughter’s laughter filled the field as she ran wild and free. This was an inspirational moment that broke my cycle of discontent.

“Hope” is what I am going to call this painting when it is finished. As I look at the foundation of this painting I laugh to myself as it looks hopeless. I am determined to see my vision in the title and will continue to journal my progress.
