Seeing me carrying my sketchbook, a friend asked if I was journaling. I said no, I was just doing a quick sketch. Later I thought, I use a sketchbook for working out ideas, processing emotions, as a record of events . . .
So I guess maybe I was journaling.

I've been favoring the Pilot Lightive (left) and Hongdian forest (right, with a fude nib). They seal better when capped than the kakuno. If you're going to use them with water soluble media, try a water resistant ink like platinum carbon black. Most fountain ink makes a wash with water
