Our one year anniversary of getting Griff from Lab Rescue of Greater Richmond ( a terrific org). He was skinny and heartworm positive, but that’s in his past. He’s a great dog❤️

Our house was built in 1963 - astonishing that there’s zero insulation in the walls(we’ll add it here). We had attic space encapsulated - it’s pricey but very energy efficient. Finally repairing damage from trees falling June 11th.

Found a little snapping turtle at the Water street garage🤔 and relocated it to the river. Dave brought a bucket and we scooped into that. Very happy turtle. Also happy me.

After a 7 mth pause-due to “weather” & higher priorities I was told- we have equipment back. Granted, just sitting there for 1 wk but hoping they’ll complete the bumpouts on this safe routes to school in JV. Seems like 2 🛑 signs would’ve been cheaper& faster but what do I know
