Great news everyone! With the help of some clay and faux leather, I've successfully defaced a book about General Custer to create a spellbook for my wizard cosplay. She's sloppy, but I love her.

SCP-427 [The Lovecraftian Locket] Wondrous Item, Locket, Artifact A small, spherical, ornately decorated silver locket. Its markings appear to serve no purpose. Echoes of Panacea. When opened, this locket emits a dull green glow. The locket can be opened as a bonus action, and magically closes at the end of the turn. A creature holding the opened locket is cured of all diseases and poisons, regains 2d6 Hit Points, and gains 1 point of Perfection permanently. Flesh, Perfected. If a creature ever has 7 points of Perfection, it transforms into a Lemure [Basic Rules 2014, pg. 278/Monster Manual 2024, pg. 194]. This transformation is permanent, and the creature can only be returned to its original form using the Wish spell.

Hellsing Arms .454 Casull Automatic Ranged Weapon, Pistol, Artifact (Requires Attunement) 13mm explosive steel rounds, alloyed with silver. There’s no freaks around who could eat these and come back for seconds. Damage: 2d6 Damage Type: Piercing Modifiers: Attacks +3, Damage +3 Properties: Ranged, Ammunition, Reload 7 Range: 120/200 Exotic Ammunition: Ammunition for this weapon must be created by a skilled craftsperson. The ammunition can be purchased from such a craftsperson at a rate of 2 Gold Pieces per round or crafted using 5 Gold Pieces worth of steel ball bearings and silver coins. When you finish a short or long rest, you may expend the requisite amount of materials to create 1d6 bullets for every 5 Gold pieces worth of materials expended. (Prices may vary at your DM’s discretion) Explosive Rounds: Piercing Damage dealt by this weapon is also Force Damage for the purposes of overcoming resistance and immunity. When you hit a creature with a ranged weapon attack using this weapon, each creature within 5 ft. must succeed a DC 14 Dexterity Saving Throw or take half the amount of damage dealt to the target. Silver Alloyed Bullets: Due to the iron and silver alloyed into the ammunition of this weapon, it deals an additional 2d6 Damage against Fey, Fiends, and Undead on hit. A vampire with the Regeneration or similar ability loses that ability until the end of its next turn when struck with a bullet from this weapon.

Miles’ Spider-Gauntlets Gauntlets, Artifact (Requires Attunement) At the end of the day... I'm Spider Man, and no one can take that away from me. Web Shooters: While attuned to these gauntlets, as a bonus action, you may fire a line of webbing at a surface or object within 60 feet, which adheres on contact. While attached to a surface or object via a web, you may climb or swing on the web. You climb the web at a speed equal to half your base movement speed. While swinging from a web, your movement speed is tripled; however, unless you release the web, you cannot move away from the object you’re attached to. If you release the web, you continue to move in the direction you were moving as long as you remain airborne. While airborne, you may use your reaction to fire a strand of web to break your fall. Additionally, you know the Web spell and can cast it at will. When cast this way, the spell save DC is 16. Venom Stinger: While attuned to these gauntlets, you know the Shocking Grasp cantrip and can cast it at will. If you’ve taken Lightning Damage this round, this spell deals an additional 3d8 Lightning Damage on hit. Cloak of the Moon Squire Cloak, Artifact (Requires Attunement) A white cloak with a hood which, while worn, fully obscures the wearer’s face in magical darkness. Patron’s Protection: While attuned to this cloak, while in dim light or darker darkness, you gain +2 to your Armor Class, and you may add your Wisdom modifier to all ability checks and saving throws. Dark Deity: While attuned to this cloak, you know the Darkness spell and can cast it at will. You also gain Darkvision up to 100 feet; however, you gain Sunlight Sensitivity. This means you have disadvantage on attack rolls and on Perception checks which rely on sight while you, your target, or an object you’re trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.

Hrunting Melee Weapon, Longsword, Artifact (Requires Attunement) A rare and ancient sword named Hrunting. The iron blade with its ill-boding patterns had been tempered in blood. Damage: 1d8 (1d10) Damage Type: Slashing Modifiers: Attacks +3, Damage +3 Properties: Versatile, Finesse Unfailing Blade: While attuned to Hrunting, you have advantage on attacks against beasts, monstrosities, fiends, and dragons. Additionally, you learn the Hunter’s Mark spell, and may cast it at will. Unferth’s Gift: This weapon is cursed by the failure of one who wielded it in times long past. When you attune to this weapon, you are reluctant to surrender it, and cannot unattune from it willingly. While you are attuned to this sword, if you enter hallowed ground or a place of worship, you develop a severe headache, and take 1d4 psychic damage each round. For the First Time: This weapon loses its magical abilities in the presence of descendants of the first murderer. While using this blade against someone with such lineage, the weapon is treated as a mundane longsword. If you are reduced to 0 Hit Points by a creature with such lineage, the sword shatters and your attunement to it ends.

Today we're delving into the Cosmere for a conversion of Mistborn Cloaks, Gold Allomancy, and Gold Feruchemy! Full conversions behind the Alt Text!
Mistborn Cloak Cloak, Artifact (Requires Attunement) A cloak of lightweight billowing strips and tassels, which serves to hide the body within and without. Playing Noble: While attuned to this cloak, you gain the benefits of the Noble background (proficiency in History and Persuasion), proficiency in Deception, and you gain +1 to your Armor Class. Enveloping Mists: While wearing this cloak, any time you are obscured by fog, smoke, or other such effects, you gain the benefits of Half Cover. Gold Ring of Allomancy Ring, Artifact (Requires Attunement) A seemingly plain golden band, unremarkable save for a symbol stamped on the inside. Burn Gold: While attuned to this ring, you can safely ingest a number of gold coins each day equal to your constitution modifier. You may impel your body to digest or burn the metal to use the Augur ability. Augur: As a bonus action, you burn the equivalent of a single gold piece which you’ve ingested. When you do, you see an illusory version of yourself as you would be under different circumstances. Focusing on a choice you’ve made within the past week can influence this illusion. For the next minute, you can see and think as though you were existing in both your body and that of the illusion. After a minute has elapsed, the illusion fades, and any information learned from the duplicate is integrated into your mind. Gold Ring of Feruchemy Ring, Artifact (Requires Attunement) A golden ring which clasps about the finger. Closing the ring forces a small golden needle to lightly pierce the skin beneath. Gold Store: While attuned to this ring, at the start of each day you may choose to gain 1 level of exhaustion. When you do, this ring gains 1 Bloodmaker charge to a maximum of 6. Bloodmaker: As an action, you may expend 1 Bloodmaker charge. When you do, you regain 1d12 Hit Points. Additionally, any open wounds you might have stitch themselves closed.

The Red Crown Wondrous Item, Crown, Artifact (Requires Attunement) They offer you their loyalty and devotion. It is not enough. I can feel their SIN seep from their souls. One Who Waits: While attuned to this crown, you have advantage on Charisma based ability checks and saving throws. Additionally, if you are reduced to 0 Hit Points while wearing this crown, you are instantly killed; however, you are revived at the last place you slept 1d4 days later with 1 point of exhaustion. Tool of the Lamb: As a bonus action, you may will the crown to change its shape. The crown may take the form of any weapon or toolset with which you are proficient. While in the form of a weapon, it is treated as a +3 Magical variation of the weapon, which retains the crown’s black color and single red eye. Cult Leader: As an action, you may grant a boon to a creature that can see you. When you do, the creature must succeed a Charisma Saving Throw with a DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus or become your Cultist. You may have a number of cultists equal to your proficiency bonus at any given time. Your cultists cannot deal damage to you, and attacks/abilities used by a cultist which would damage you leaves you unscathed. Your cultists regard you as a deific leader, but retain their original will. If you command a cultist to act against their will, they may remake the Saving Throw.

Gold Gemini Key Wondrous Item, Artifact (Requires Attunement) An ornate golden key inscribed with celestial filigree. When you focus on this key, an ethereal gate appears at your side. Celestial Spirit: When you attempt to attune to the key, You open the ethereal gate, and encounter the Celestial Spirit(s) housed in the demiplane beyond. You must make a Persuasion check with a DC of 20 minus your proficiency bonus. On a success, you form a contract with the celestial spirit and you successfully attune to the key. On a failure, the gate slams shut and you cannot attempt to attune to the key again for 1 week. Gemini: When you form a contract with Gemini, a pair of small Celestials, you may call on them at any time as an action. When conjured, Gemini shares your initiative, 30 ft. of flying speed, and has hit Points equal to 20 + character level. In their natural form, Gemini can use the Copy ability or take the Help action. If Gemini falls to 0 Hit Points outside of their demiplane, it is shunted back into the Demiplane and you must succeed a DC 1 Charisma Saving Throw or the key shatters. You must complete a short rest before you can use this ability again. Copy: As an action, for the next minute, Gemini can become a perfect duplicate of a creature you’ve been within 10 feet of within the past 24 hours, as long as the creature’s character level is equal to or lower than yours, or has a CR equal to half your character level or lower. While in this state, Gemini has the same stats and abilities as the copied creature, and Hit Points equal to half that creature’s Hit Point maximum rounded down. Gemini also copies the knowledge of the copied creature, and has limited access to memories the creature formed in the past 24 hours.

Brunhild Ranged Weapon, Pistol, Artifact (Requires Attunement) A revolver made of mithril enchanted to be reconfigurable with command words. Damage: 1d6 Damage Type: Piercing Modifiers: Attacks +3, Damage +3 Properties: Ranged, Ammunition, Reload 6 Range: 90/150 Mode Switch: At the start of your turn, you may choose to change the mode of this weapon. Its default form is that of a pistol. You may choose to enter Sword Mode in which the weapon loses its weapon properties and gains the Light and Finesse properties. While in Sword Mode, the weapon deals Slashing Damage. You may also choose to enter Safety Mode which is identical to Sword Mode except that it deals Bludgeoning Damage. Bludgeoning Damage dealt with this weapon while in Safety Mode is non-lethal. This weapon only expends ammunition when it has the Ammunition property. Automatic Reload: When you use the last round in this weapon, you may use your reaction to speak the command word Reload. When you do, as long as you have compatible ammunition on your person, it will be magically transported into the cylinder of this revolver. Rubber Bullets: Before making a ranged weapon attack with Brunhild, you may speak the command word Rubber to transmogrify your next round into a rubber bullet. If you do, your next round deals Bludgeoning Damage instead of Piercing, and is non-lethal to humanoid creatures. Infinite Slip: Before making a ranged weapon attack with Brunhild, you may speak the command phrase Infinite Slip to transmogrify your next round into a Slip bullet. A creature hit by a Slip bullet must succeed a DC 15 Dexterity Saving Throw or lose all friction. While frictionless, a creature falls prone if it moves more than 10 feet on its turn. An affected creature may repeat this save at the end of its turn.

The Red Queen Melee Weapon, Longsword, Artifact (Requires Attunement) Equipped with a combustion engine, capable of boosting your sword swings. Rev it up and set your foes ablaze. Damage: 1d8 (1d10) Damage Type: Cold Modifiers: Attacks +3, Damage +3 Properties: Versatile Motorized: While attuned to this weapon, as a bonus action you can move up to 30 feet, by jamming the point of the sword in the ground and riding the spine like a motorcycle. If you move through a space occupied by a creature this way, that creature must succeed a DC 13 Dexterity Saving Throw or take 1d6 Slashing Damage. Exceed: This sword has a built in combustion engine. Using the weapon’s abilities cause this sword to gain Rev Stacks. At 10 or more Rev Stacks, melee weapon attacks using this weapon deal an additional 2d6 Fire Damage. At the end of your turn, you lose 1 Rev Stack. Streak: As part of your attack action, you swing the sword in a wide arc, using the same attack roll against each creature within melee range, dealing damage as normal. You gain 1d4 Rev Stacks. High Roller: Before you make your attack you may declare it to be a High Roller attempt. On hit, your target must succeed a DC 16 Strength Saving Throw or be pushed back 10 feet and knocked prone. You gain 1d4 Rev Stacks. Split: Before you make your attack you may declare it to be a Split attempt. On hit, until the end of your next turn, your target’s AC is reduced by an amount equal to the amount your attack roll exceeded its Armor Class by. You must complete a short rest before you can use this ability again. You gain 1d4 Rev Stacks. Shuffle: When a creature misses you with a melee weapon attack, you may use your reaction to make 1 melee weapon attack against that creature. You gain 1d4 Rev Stacks.

Its form a wish granted to a dying rose. Damage: 1d8 (1d10) Damage Type: Cold Modifiers: Attacks +3, Damage +3 Properties: Versatile, Finesse Enhancing: While attuned to this weapon, the first time a creature takes damage from this weapon each round, the creature must succeed a DC 14 Constitution Saving Throw or become Encrusted with ice. An Encrusted creature’s movement speed is reduced to 0, and cannot use bonus actions on its turn. Encrusted creatures may repeat the save at the end of each of their turns. Releasing: While attuned to this weapon, you may speak the command word Release as a bonus action. When you do, for the next minute a 20 foot area surrounding you freezes over, becoming difficult terrain. Creatures other than you who end their turn inside this area must succeed a DC 14 Constitution Saving Throw or take 1d6 Cold Damage and become Encrusted in ice. You must complete a short rest before you can use this ability again. Full Control: When you use the Releasing ability, you may instead speak the command phrase Full Control. When you do, you gain 1 level of exhaustion, the area of effect of the ability increases to 60 feet, and the DC of the Constitution Saving Throw increases to 18. You must complete a long rest before you can use this ability again. Bloom: At the end of your turn you may speak the command word Bloom as a reaction. When you do, blue roses bloom across each creature Encrusted with ice. Each of these creatures takes 1d6 Cold Damage, and you regain Hit Points equal to half the Cold Damage dealt this way.

Simon’s Drill Wondrous Item, Amulet, Artifact (Requires Attunement) We evolve beyond the person that we were a minute before. Little by little, we advance a little further with each turn. That’s how a drill works! Spiral Power: While attuned to this amulet, at the start of your turn, you may make a DC 13 Charisma Saving Throw. If you succeed, all of your ability score modifiers increase by 1 until the end of your turn, and you may choose to repeat this save. Each time you repeat the save, the DC increases by 2. At the end of your turn, if you chose to make this saving throw, you gain 1 level of exhaustion. Pierce the Heavens: Once per long rest, when you use the Spiral Power ability, if you succeed the saving throw, you may instead choose to double your ability score modifiers. If you use this ability, instead of gaining 1 level of exhaustion at the end of your turn, you gain 3.

Speedster’s Ring Wondrous Item, Ring, Artifact (Requires Attunement) A lightning bolt insignia is stamped on the face of this ring, which crackles with power not dissimilar to the weave, yet wholly unfamiliar. Speed Force: While attuned to this ring, your movement speed triples. When you run, orange lightning arcs behind you leaving a crackling static in your wake. Matter Phasing: While attuned to this ring, as an action you may attempt to phase through an object up to 1 foot thick which isn’t being worn or carried. Make a dexterity ability check, and if the total is higher than the AC of the material of the object you’re attempting to phase through, you pass through harmlessly. If you would end your turn while phased partially into a solid object, you are shunted out in the direction you entered it from. Lightspeed Punches: While attuned to this ring, when you make an unarmed strike against a target, you may add an amount to your attack roll equal to the number of feet you’ve moved this turn divided by 5. You also deal an additional amount of Force Damage equal to this number on hit the first time you make an unarmed strike after moving. Explosive Speed: While attuned to this ring, if you roll the highest possible damage amount on your damage die for an unarmed strike (i.e., a 6 on a d6), you may reroll the dice and add that amount to your damage. If the rerolled die is also the highest possible roll, repeat this until you roll less than the highest possible number on the die.

Damage: 1d6 (2d6) Damage Type: Psychic Modifiers: Attacks +3, Damage +3 Properties: Versatile, Ranged Range: 120/300 Special Two-Handed: While using this weapon with one hand, only one bow appears, allowing you to use your free hand for somatic components or for this bow’s abilities. While using this weapon with two hands, a bow is conjured around each hand. Jido Tsuibi: While using this weapon in two hands, as a bonus action you may prepare for your next attack by aligning the astral bows in a cross-pattern. Your next attack will strike your target automatically, as long as it is within range and you are able to see it. Invasion - Searchlight: While using this weapon in one hand, you may fire an arrow into the mind of a creature you can see within its upper range. The creature must succeed a DC 17 Charisma Saving Throw or you form a telepathic link, allowing you to read the creature’s thoughts as though you were using the Detect Thoughts spell. Invasion - Blackout: While using this weapon in one hand, you may fire an arrow into a creature you can see within its upper range. The creature must succeed a DC 17 Wisdom Saving Throw or fall unconscious as though under the effects of the Sleep spell. Invasion - Kaleidoscope: While using this weapon in one hand, you may fire an arrow into a creature you can see within its upper range. The creature must succeed a DC 17 Intelligence Saving Throw or become charmed, as though under the effects of the Hypnotic Pattern spell.
