I ...rolled my own, since I host multi-agent competitions (two teams go head-to-head over 2.5k timesteps. Over the years, we've automated as much as possible, using github classroom and autograding to check package compatibility, and scripts to pull repos onto our server

Having the privilege to work with Vince (and Nicki Dell!) on this project has informed my thinking a lot about stated preferences and behavior in high stakes recommenders, and also the possibilities of what real systems can be built from academia!

We have two papers @acm-cscw.bsky.social this year describing the platform and usage, that collectively received a Best Paper award, Impact Recognition, and Diversity recognition.
