A good coach is someone who is vested in your success. They want you to win and have a personal stake in whether you do. They raise the bar and expect you to meet it, and you feel a responsibility towards them to succeed.

A good explanation couldn't be so trivially used to explain a contrasting or even different outcome.

"Electrical currents in the GPU interact to eventually change the right pixels on your screen" -> also explains CGI.

"Floating point numbers are multiplied by the GPU and eventually represent a pdf over the next tokens" -> also explains predicting the wrong next token.
