The weird thing is that this setup seems bad for access but decent for not obstructing (short) drives, exactly counter to Jacobs’ point

I think the geographic distribution of green space is more central to her argument than the total volume. I know the environmental justice literature emphasizes access - I don’t think I’ve considered how the location of parks relates to sprawl.
