The 3 Congress people we're originally allowed in to the premises, that's why they had to go out the gates to then see what was going on; and now all of a sudden they crashed the gates? That's a delusional interpretation of the facts. If you don't believe that just watch the live-action videos.

He was surrounded by the Congress people who came outside the gates to see what was going on and as you can see Mayor Baraka was forcibly brought into the facility by those agents and then arrested.

Instead of checking with AI maybe just watch the video and know the people that were there; which would tell you being outside the facility on public property is not a crime. Baraka was dragged in to be arrested, so if anything they forcedly placed him inside the facility to then arrest him.

They falsely claimed he barged in but as the video shows he was outside the property in the public area and they dragged him inside.
