NJHMFA Chief of Staff Terry Tucker recently attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of the Residences at Choctaw in Saddle River, NJ. NJHMFA provided both federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Affordable Housing Gap Subsidy funds to support the development.
