Genuine question: Schumer is painting a doomsday scenario where Trump is free of all checks against him if the government shuts down. Is he entirely wrong in considering that danger? I'm curious to know all the potentialities of that scenario.

@aoc.bsky.social Something I keep hoping for, is some sort of centralized website organized by Dems. The site would have a per-state "how to" on various actions average citizens can take to stymie this admiration and pressure complicit congressional members. Folks like myself are eager to get active
