Looks like the DRAM led is lit. Pull the sticks and test them one at a time. If that doesn't help, clear your CMOS. Also, those Ripjaws aren't on the compatibility list for your ProArt board, so you may need to run them at a lower speed than they're rated for. And use HCI Memtest to check stability.
