I've always been kind of scared of spiders (not phobia level) and would almost always get a paper towel or a fly swatter to kill them if I saw one. But for the past month or so, I instead just take them into my hand and just move them to another room. Am I going crazy? Is this a sign of insanity?

You can try to do everything right, do good things, do as little of bad things as possible. Yet you still might not get good things yourself. The world is a cruel place, but there is good in it as well, even if you personally don't get to see it. Keep going.
