I'm really invested in the lore bcs I do believe that Kuro is cooking up with the worldbuilding here and tying Rover's purpose to be something bigger

So it can also be that Rover just had hand in trying to combat against the Lament. In a way Lament also is a thing that is inherently tied to data despite being symbolized by natural phenomena (rain, waveform, resonation etc)

I think Rover having a hand in creating whole Solaris doesn't sound too wild. Natural phenomena have data tied to them i.e. Shorekeeper with stars and auroras and dreams in Somnoire. On the other hand it is implied that Rover is also possibly the creator of the Somnoire

Chatting up Changli in the Somnium Labyrinth event was interesting bcs she mentioned that maybe the world of Solaris is possibly a dream of Rover and like.
