Excited to share our latest by my postdoc Ben KS: we use statistical physics & Bayesian inference to model genome-wide perturbation outcomes. Remarkably, perturbation responses are encoded in gene "chatter" even before the perturbation–a fundamental insight with broad implications

Excited to share our review in @annualreviews.bsky.social! Glad for the opportunity to contribute and have insightful discussions with Hanxiao, Madeline & @yogogurt.bsky.social. We discuss cell state, fate and plasticity in cancer therapy resistance and hope it adds clarity to these concepts.

Beautiful story with beautiful figures from the lab @yogogurt.bsky.social. This is a nice example of the importance of careful data analysis which can lead to big findings. Very impressive work by @daniellepi.bsky.social, and Jonas.
