I’m puzzled how a ballroom (even with a bunker underneath) can cost that much. Here is the incredible Hertzog and de Meuron building, a state of the art 56 storey skyscraper in NYC that cost $350m to build.

This is definitely coming, and the only people safe will be the <1% super wealthy. Expect the masses to start revolting at that point, destroying robots and AI facilities and focusing on human generated food, services, art etc. Response will be to use robots to 'curtail the violence'.

Correct: combination of AI and robotics will end nearly all jobs including jobs that people think are safe now like plumbing, nursing and sex work. Vast majority of the world will be without jobs and human uprising of the have-nots against robotics, AI and the wealthy will ensue.

Gay hangout? A library? Lol thats too funny. I get gay people are generally pretty smart but this is even ridiculous for them. Gay people would much rather hang out in a gay-oriented social setting, park, bar, restaurant than a library.
