* usage of one specific username or alias on all the csam/illegal content platforms (which they hope keeps them anonymous)..but

* other stolen data that points to their Amazon accounts, facebook accounts etc. which solves for law enforcement on a whole different level.

3. Pivot to profiling— when you combine logs with other data, you are often able to find more details about an individual or the network. In this example that I looked into, for example, an obvious trend shows-

2. Pivot to what other websites/services have been accessedby the user—This will paint a complete picture of what other services have been accessed.
Why?
It helps understand what may be the other places where offenders (consumers or producers) access content

1. Start with the infostealer infra— will largely vary but on most ocassion, it gives you insights into the kind of urls that have been visited. Searching for any known csam platform in logs can be helpful at this stage. darkweb, clearnet- doesn't matter

- Left pane indicates each of the trends and filters of all of the data from the suspect network of accounts
- Green nodes indicate trends and black ones indicate the users and associations. All of the trends are disparate and have no connection with each other except the users that started them.

Without deeper investment in Trust and Safety, these networks could manipulate public opinion—and even incite violence—for the sake of profit.

It’s unsettling to see major companies exploiting this access for profit or popularity. Even more troubling is platforms ignoring basic signals of manipulation. I'm sure that these accounts are in violation of policies
