We should be able to find a way to discover citizens across the country with skills needed by companies. We have LinkedIn and it’s effective to a certain way but I still think big tech wants to avoid hiring citizens over h1b folks because they have extreme low mobility.

Can you share why you had to hire h1b ? Not finding Americans with skills ? Pressure from upper management to hire h1b ?
