- have the confidence to go for it, don't hold yourself back. We're not perfect, no one is... we need women to step up and lead

- be intentional, when you rise, don't close the door, keep it open and help others come with you, drag them with you!
- Don't let fear stop your growth
- It's great to have mentors, but you need sponsors who can help you navigate your path

- call out disrespect
- the middle is hard, but there's tremendous power there
- you can do all of the things, just pace yourself and choose when to do it
-There's no right or wrong, just a choice
- have a board of directors... your people, they will help you sort out your feelings
