Big win - Wandpen now supports Google Docs! 🤩

Google Docs had been tricky to integrate with because of it's usage of canvas rendering instead of HTML.

After a few back and forth with Google team, Wandpen now supports Google Docs.

I am excited. 🥰

Implemented a feature to automatically take users to this page when a user successfully installs the extension.

This should minimize the user feeling deserted after installing the extension and confused what to do next.

Chrome web store has introduced a feature to easily share extensions!

Give me one reason why you can't go to Wandpen's Chrome page and share the extension with your friends? 😏

Introducing Chat Mode on Wandpen! 🥳

You can use it to ask out of context questions when writing for example research purposes.

This works anywhere so you are not restricted to just text box & inbox elements as in the older version of Wandpen.

Just press Option + W to access the Wandpen modal. 😉

Unfortunately uninstallation rate is not looking good.

When a user successfully installs the extension, there is no flow for the user to proceed with the next steps.

Most users aren't even aware that you need to select some text to proceed with AI actions.

I need to work on making it obvious.

What is your preferred way of setting up a domain?

Two A records pointing to the IP and handling traffic routing from your reverse proxy or using cname record to point to your main domain?

Wandpen.com installation rate is on a positive projection now. 💚

Remember you are not trying to hit $10K MRR, you are trying to become a:

better engineer
better designer
better SEO
better writer
better customer support agent
better marketer

All at once.

Sure, it will take a lot of time than you expect. Keep going.

Cancelled my Claude subscription.

I am finding myself visiting Claude a very little since Windsurf.

And I am cooking chat mode on Wandpen.com that will completely replace my need for using Claude for writing related queries.

I am seeing a lot of vacancies for solution architect in the AI space.

MoAIJobs alone had around 130 open positions for solution architect in the last 30 days.

What's surprising me more is how I didn't meet a single solution architect in my real life so far.

One hour later, just by staring at the freshly added code, I found more ways to optimize it.

I have never seen any company hiring crazy for AGI roles like Amazon.

At this rate, I think they will achieve AGI faster than OpenAI.

I think this could be worded more perfectly this way:

Asking how an AI engineer is any different from a full-stack engineer is like asking how a chef is any different from a cook?
The difference between an AI engineer and a full-stack engineer is that of chef and cook.
