you might've figured it out already, but if i remember correctly this is a very common bug with default hair replacements. they bug like this on townies and running them through CAS should fix it

My Rook's going to be an elf, most likely a crow and if not, a shadow dragon. And she's gonna be a spellblade mage. I'm thinking "Eike" for her name. And I'll play a purple rook just because all of my canon world state DA ocs are pretty diplomatic/serious and I need someone to break the pattern lmao
