As a public school teacher (37 yrs) one of the BEST workshops for “professional development” - this incredible educator stood in front of this room of teachers, announced “novelty will get attention” and then FLUNG her arms up of handouts out into the room in a blizzard! Clearly, THAT stuck with me!
