A clear case that reading with intention makes you a better writer! (it's embarrassing to study well written texts for a living and then write poorly :) )

As someone in my 17th year on quarters I would report this does not solve any problems.

Yeah, you have to know where to look--it's ridiculous! Up until recently it was only 2 menus deep and easier to find if you knew which drop down to use (still a big "if"!)

Sadly, yes, I think that's the answer. I'm trying to lean into more reflection and self-evaluation as a way to handle having more students...
